| Today we headed down the
road about 20 minutes to the town of Panzano where they have a
big Sunday market. While nobody bought much we thoroughly enjoyed
looking! We had a good lunch at a restaurant in Lucarelli (the
first of many wild boar entrees). Some went back to the villa for
a nap while others of us blindly followed Michael S's GPS through
the "permit only" streets of San Gimignano in a sometimes heavy
rain. We had a very fun dinner at La Cantinetta up the hill from
the villa. We're all settling in to the Italian schedule and enjoying
every minute. |
